Ridden Pole Clinic

Ridden pole clinic in groups of 2. The session will include a variety of exercises to target specific muscle groups, develop core strength, improve flexibility and increase proprioception. These exercises provide a strengthening and conditioning session to compliment your training as well as provide a great foundation for younger horses or those retunring to work and building fitness after injury. Older horses will also benefit to help manitain flexibility and functional strength. 

Each session will include four different exercises for you to practice individually, with direction and guidance to explain which areas are being targeted and how they will benefit. At the end of each session, each rider will then be given the opportunity to link each of the exercises together, to provide a greater challnege to your horse as different muscle groups are recuited in quick succession - think a combination of yoga and circuit training for your horse!…
